Vineyard & Viticulture
Vineyard Origin Los Almendros Estate (98%) , Los Morros Estate (2%). Soil is alluvial and colluvial soil with low fertility. Lot of mineral and salinity. Cool climate, with cloudless days, lots of sunlight and very little rain. Hand picked. Ageing in barrels 17 months and in stainless steel tanks 1 month.
